Today is all about spreading awareness of heart health for women. 1 in 3 women die from heart disease and stroke. That is more than all cancers combined. The craziest part of these stats is that 80% of these deaths are preventable. Diet and exercise is about more than looking good in your new pair of jeans, it’s about protecting your heart. You have the power to do that. You have the power to stop a killer. CLICK HERE for more information on stress management, heart healthy recipes & exercises & more! Remember, a healthy heart is a happy heart!
