Today’s question: In the early 90s a woman by the name Patty Scheibmeir worked as a food scientist for a popular restaurant chain.After a few years of experimentation, she came up with a revolutionary idea that was a twist on an existing product… and finally convinced the company to try it out. The rest is history.

Her idea was such a huge success that NOT ONLY did it make the company millions of dollars, but it also spawned many copy cats and other restaurant owners who claim they came up with the idea first. Lawsuits happened but in the end, Patty and the restaurant chain prevailed.
